1. What is a cookie?

3. Cookie consent
In accordance with the GDPR and the recommendations of the Belgian APD:
- No non-strictly-necessary cookie is placed before obtaining your valid and explicit consent
- The cookie banner presents "Accept all" and "Reject all" buttons at the same level of importance
- Your consent can be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
- Cookie walls (blocking access without consent) are not used on this site

Menelo keeps a record of your consent and asks you to renew it at least every 6 months, in line with APD and EDPB recommendations. Refusing or not choosing does not restrict access to the site in any way.
4. Third-party cookies — Meta Pixel and Google
The menelo.be website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.
This pixel may collect data relating to your browsing and your interactions with the site in order to measure advertising performance. This data is transmitted to Meta and processed in accordance with Meta's privacy policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy). This data may be transferred to the United States (Meta Platforms, Inc.) on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (art. 46 GDPR).
If the Meta Pixel is disabled via the cookie banner, no data will be transmitted to Meta from your visit to menelo.be.
The site also uses Google Analytics and Google Ads, tools provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. These tools measure site traffic and advertising performance; data may be transferred to the United States (Google LLC) on the same legal basis (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses), and processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
If refused via the cookie banner, no data will be transmitted to Google from your visit to menelo.be.
